MIJM has a full-fledged jewellery manufacturing workshop where students are given practical training in making of all types of jewellery like necklace, earrings, bangles, pendants etc. Specialized training is given in the following techniques such as –
• Repoussing
• Polishing and Electroplating
• Enameling
• Oxidation and acid itching ornaments
• Making of Fashion Jewellery (using low cost materials)
