In today's global business environment, English communication skills are mandatory for most jobs. Communicating clearly is a challenge. This course aims to develop English communication skills which include listening, speaking, reading and writing.

French:

With French being an integral part in the process of learning hotel management terminologies, we feel that a formal input of the language within the first year itself is very helpful. It not only helps the students relate to the French technical terms to what they hear, read and write in the classrooms, but also help them carry out basic conversation in the language.

There is a special focus on the correct pronunciation and intonation of hospitality-related terms and phrases which is acquired by repetitive reading and a continual practice.
