The Ministry Of Bakery, or more affectionately called the "M.O.B.", is a club solely dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, skills and attitude related to the fields of Bakery, Pastry and Entrepreneurship in Pastry and Bakery. The club takes active part in conducting pastry weekends at various locations including the "Food Court". The members of the club are involved in producing products of the highest standards and serving it to the students and citizens of Manipal. Cakes like "German Chocolate Cake" have become a house-hold name due to the activities of this club.

This club also plays a major role in college activities like Formal Dinner, Annual Day, WGSHA Quest, World Bread Day and World Chefs Day. The members of this club also play an active role in creating desserts for the various food festivals conducted by the college. The club activities also include culinary and bakery quizzes, demonstrations, halwai work-shops, audio-visual presentations and interactive sessions.
