The Associate Director (Practice & Public Relations) requests the companies, which recruit students through campus recruitment, to permit them to carry out their eighth semester project work, as project interns, for a period of four to six months. In this regard, companies Microsoft, Yahoo, Cisco, EMC2, Vmware, Freescale semiconductor, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Maruti Suzuki, M&M, Eicher, BEL, GMR etc. have encouraged those students, whom they recruited through campus recruitment, over the years. In addition, the above-mentioned companies, Honeywell, Juniper Networks, ST Microelectronics, LSI have been visiting over the last three years exclusively to recruit project interns.
