Here it would be worth highlighting a few salient features regarding MCA@MIT. From the past few positive experiences, coupled with a survey conducted by a leading I.T analysis firm registered with Forbes it has been recently found that the MCA’s do outperform the other counterpart in the application dominated I.T industry, may it be longevity/loyalty with a particular company or acclimatization with tools and packages being continuously released into the market. In this regard it is worth mentioning some of the achievements of our MCA students

• Shwetha Rao and Roshan Kotian from 2004-2007 batch has joined for professional Doctorate in Engineering programme in at TU/e Netherlands.
• Subbarao Devishetty from 1998-2001 batch was twice adjudged as the best employee by TCS
• Preetham Choudhary 2005-2008 batch received a special letter of appreciation from the TCS Vice President for his tremendous grasping and debugging capability and potential shown during his internship with TCS
• Chalamashetty Suresh Babu 2000-2003 batch was given a five year contract with Intel India after his internship over there.
• M.I.T alumni website, feedback system and Hostel allocation and management system currently waiting for the implementation nod from the officials concerned for a pilot run have been very efficiently developed by the MCA students exhibiting the very highest levels of professionalism.
• Anil Shah 2003-2006 batch has successfully launched his own software firm in Mumbai
• Nitin Kumar Agarwal 2004-2007 batch was accepted by yahoo after his internship there and did manage to come down twice to M.I.T as part of the placement team from Yahoo.
• Amith Nambiar and Simith Nambiar 1999-2002 batch have been very successful with their own open source blog catering to Unix/Linux programmers and have been going around the world as resource persons on topics as diverse as kernel hacking, antivirus development strategies, signals to name a few.
• Rashi Gupta 2005-2008 batch has landed up with a job in CISCO after her internship over there
• Abhishek 2003-2006 was given a lucrative offer in Google after his internship there.
• Nagarjuna Reddy 2007-2010 batch has joined for MS programme with scholarships at the prestigious London School of Economics commencing from August 2010
• Apart from academics we have also excelled in other fields one student by the name of Yashu Choudhary is currently serving as Director pan-India operations of a leading NGO. Bindu Bolar another student is a busy choreographer in the film industry.
