Welcome to the department of Master of Computer Application. We at the department of MCA believe in preparing the students for industrial demands. The industries that have visited MIT for campus placements have appreciated the academic curriculum offered in the department and technical skills of the students.

We believe that this approach to teaching-learning, coupled with practical experience gained during Industrial Training and Practice School Project work in reputed organizations, equips our students to handle the challenges posed by the IT industry.

I appreciate our faculty and supportive staff who have shown exemplary team spirit to enable the Department to grow from strength to strength and hope they will continue with the same zeal in future too. In addition to their regular teaching work, the faculty members are actively doing research work in various areas like Data Mining, Network Security, Video Coding, Knowledge Engineering.
