Dress code:


As a student and future health care professional who will be interacting with patients, it is advised to be attired modestly at all times.

Transport:

All students can make use of the university bus from the hostel to the college and back.

Mobile Phones:

In view with university regulations and to maintain an academic environment, using mobile phones in classrooms and clinics is prohibited. Mobile phones of the students found doing the same will be confiscated with the SIM card.

Immunisation:

As health care personnel, we are vulnerable to contact infections. As a precautionary measure, all students are immunised against Hepatitis B compulsorily. Other vaccinations like Hepatitis A , Chicken pox, Typhoid vaccines are also available which are optional.

Hepatitis B vaccine 3 doses At 0, 1, 6months Intramuscular compulsory
Hepatitis A vaccine 2 doses At 0, 6months Intramuscular/subcutaneous Optional
Chicken pox vaccine 2 doses At 0, 6months Intramuscular/subcutaneous Optional
Typhoid vaccine Once in 3 years Intramuscular Optional
