The video lab consists of the studio floor and the control room. A spacious studio floor facilitates multi camera studio production of diverse formats such as news, panel discussion, chat shows, game shows, music concerts etc. Equipped with modern lighting systems the studio floor offers students the best possible opportunity to master production techniques. The studio control room is equipped with VTRs, audio console, vision mixer and monitors. Our studio productions are driven by Panasonic 3 AG102B and 3 Sony DSR 400 cameras
Outdoor productions are facilitated by professional quality Sony and Panasonic HD cameras, portable light kits and other modern accessories
Post-production is facilitated by Matrox RTX-100 Non-linear Edit Systems. Presently, students are trained in Final cut Studio and Adobe Premier Pro.
The labs are maintained and supervised by 2 Video engineers who work in shifts from 9 am to 8 pm, thus facilitating optimum utilisation of the infrastructure
