Credits:

  • Member of the First ENT Specialist – Speech Pathologist team to have implemented Tracheo-Oesophageal puncture and Blom-Singer’s Voice Prosthesis for laryngectomees in India.
  • Only Asian to present a paper at the world congress on Rehabilitation of Laryngectomees at London (1990).
  • Member of the team to design and manufacture the first indigenous voice prosthesis (HRA prosthesis) for laryngectomees.
