Every year, the student council members are elected by the students. The student council consists of a President, Cultural & Sports Secretary and an editorial board to publish the college magazine. The student council organises a range of sports and cultural activites throught the year among which PARLON is known for its unique activity in the campus. Quiz and other competions are also organised by the student council. A few community actitivies like organising blood donation camps  are also part of student council activity.
