Project Lab

This Lab is for the students who carryout mini and major hardware projects. Major equipments available are IWATSU Logic Analyzer, PLC Trainer Kit, and 60 MHz Storage Oscilloscope etc.


Communication Lab

The Lab facilitates learning of Basic and Advanced communication experiments on Microwave communication, Antennas, Digital and Wireless Communication, Error Control Coding

Fiber Optics Lab

Fiber Optics Lab has most advanced fiber optic trainer kits mounted on vibration free tables and Q-factor software is available. UG and PG students carryout experiments on Optical source characteristics, Fiber attenuation, Dispersion parameters etc. The Lab is equipped with Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier and EDF Ring Laser.


Microprocessor Lab

The Lab is equipped with microprocessors such as 8085,8086,68000 etc along with microcontrollers like 8051, ARM and software tools such as MASM / TASM. The Lab has provision to conduct detailed experiments on the basics and advanced applications such as motor control, Robotic control etc. It also supports the requirements of students undertaking mini projects based on microcontrollers and microprocessors.


Computer Lab - 1

Highly sophisticated lab is made available for students and faculty to carryout academic and research works. This lab is also a platform for students and faculty to develop their software skills. Laboratory is very well equipped with soft computing tools: Micro SIM Software, MATLAB,Cadence Circuit Simulation, Turbo C++, Circuit Maker Software.



VLSI / DSP Lab

This Lab is equipped with latest VLSI design, testing and simulation software. Theory courses on Digital System Design, CAD for VLSI and logic design are practically realized in this lab. The lab is equipped with tools such as MYCAD ASIC Designing Tool Software, FPGA Advantage Software, XLinx, MultiSim Educational Software Spice( 24 Users),Ultiboard Educational Software PCB Design, EPROM burners etc. The lab supports research activities on chip design.
MATLAB Tool, EVM Development Kit, Image Developer Kit, Multi speech 3700 software, DSP Kit, Code Composer Studio 3.3 Software



PG Lab

This Lab has MATLAB tools and VLSI design, testing and simulation software such as Cadence digital and analog tool set and Speetre simulator for digital, analog and mixed signal design and simulation. PG students implement problems and also carryout mini projects in this lab
