EBSCO Hospitality & Tourism Complete covers scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. This collection contains more than 828,000 records, with coverage dating as far back as 1965. There is full text for more than 490 publications, including periodicals, company & country reports, and books.

Culinary Arts Collection: The Culinary Arts collection includes 150 of the major cooking and nutrition magazines. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information.

Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Collection : With current and relevant content from over 500 industry journals, this collection provides well-rounded coverage of both the historical and current state of affairs in the hospitality and tourism field, while also allowing for focused study of specialized aspects of the industry - including cultural aspects of travel, leisure activities, economic aspects of tourism, and more.

Rules and regulations
 
• Each student is issued two tickets for withdrawal of books and one reference card for reference material. Reference material cannot be taken out of the Library. Borrower tickets and reference cards are not transferable.
• A student uses the reference card all through his/her stay in the College, whereas the borrower ticket is to be returned at the end of the year. Loss or destruction of borrower tickets and reference cards will cost Rs. 50.00 per ticket or card.
• Books for reading may be kept for seven days and a subsequent renewal for seven more days may be permitted if the book is not needed by other students.
• A fine of Rs. 2.00 per day per book for the first week beyond the permitted time and Rs. 5.00 per day per book for the subsequent week will be levied in case the book is not returned on the stipulated date.
• No package, handbags, briefcases, and carry-bags etc. are allowed inside the library. However, paper and pen, or pencil, is permitted for taking notes.
• Students are expected to handle books with utmost care. They are expected to inspect every book before using to see if there is any damage, mutilation or disfiguring. In case a book is damaged they should bring it to the notice of the librarian, failing which, they may be held responsible for the same.
• Mutilation, disfiguring, damaging and losing a book will mean students having to pay three times the current cost of the book.
• Reference books will not be issued out. They are to be referred only in the library.
• In case of need for some reference or verification, the issued books may be called back at any time.
• Silence in the library at all times is golden. No group discussion, chatting or gossiping is permitted.
• There is no system of reserving seats or books. Any other activity, except reference and study, will be treated as indiscipline and appropriate action may be taken even to the extent of debarring a defaulter from using the library.
