MIC Library provides the following services to its members:
Reference service
The library staff assists users to locate needed information from various resources of the library and also from outside sources.
Circulation
Books are issued to all library members. Journals and other documents are for reference in the library only.
Internet browsing
Networked computers are available for internet browsing for students at a nominal fee.
Interlibrary loan
The Interlibrary loan helps one to get information which is not available in our library from other libraries like AMIC CENTRE and also from other constituent college libraries.
Audio video viewing facility
The library has a separate audiovisual room with all required equipment like TV, Video player-cum-recorder, DTH connection etc for audiovisual screening/ playback facility.
Institutional membership
The library is an institutional member of the Asian Media Information and Communication Center (AMIC), Singapore.

MIC library has an excellent collection of books on communication studies and other fields of knowledge as well. Scholarly journals in the field of communication are very important resource in the library. Back volumes of journals are arranged serial wise for the benefit of users. Master’s dissertations (carried out by students) from the first batch to the present are available for reference.
Books are arranged according to the standard DDC Schedule and online catalogue can be searched through the intranet.
