Suggestions Box: For receiving valuable suggestions and views of library users for enhancing the library present services; and to know what users think about the library current services, suggestions box has been placed on the reference counter in the Level – I. Users can also send their suggestions, views and complaints to the Senior Librarian through library micro site.
Register for Untraceable Publications: Library users can write the details about the books, current journals, back volumes of journals, theses, WHO publications not found on proper shelf in the register provided for untraceable publications on the reference counters in the 5 Levels (Level – I to V). They will be intimated by the concerned library staff either over phone or in person. In case the users find any difficulty, they can also contact the Librarians.
