The Health Sciences Library is stretching on 5 levels. The organization of the various levels is given below:
• Level – I:
Senior Librarian office, help desk, security desk, property counter, notice boards, group study area, circulation (issue and return) section, reference counter, EPAC user terminals, internet kiosks, new arrivals section, reading hall, books related to Nursing Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Allied Health Sciences and photocopying section.
• Level – II:
Librarian (Senior) office, fax section, reference counter, internet kiosks, new arrivals section, reading hall and books related to Medical Sciences and Dental Sciences and notice board.
• Level – III:
Librarian (Senior) office, computer lab, CD and online database section, reference counter, new arrivals section, reading hall, reference books related to Medical Sciences and Dental Sciences, current periodicals, photocopying section, EPAC user terminals, internet kiosks, notice boards, display of faculty publications and private study area.
• Level – IV:
Reading hall, back volumes of journals related to Medical Sciences, WHO publications, reference counter, internet kiosks, photocopying section, e-learning centre, audio - visual room, news papers and magazine section.
• Level – V:
Reading hall, back volumes of journals related to Dental Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Allied Health Sciences, reference counter, dissertations, books on Yoga and Ayurveda and old editions of books.
