- Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
- Manipal Centre for Information Sciences, Manipal
- International Centre for Applied Sciences, Manipal.
The faculty of Dr. T M A Pai Polytechnic, Manipal and Manipal Institute of Jewellery Management, Manipal also avail this facility. Other institutes can use the library with the written permission of the Director.
