The bureau provides statistical information related to students, courses, library facilities, teaching staff and non- teaching staff etc., to UGC, AIU, AICTE, ACU, NAAC and other regulatory bodies. And for that, we collect all information from the colleges/institutions, University teaching departments once in six months (January and July).

The other main activity of the department is to publish the annual and convocation reports of the University. The annual report gives a lot of information about the university including visits by eminent people to the university, and it also has information relating to workshops and conferences conducted by the concerned departments, faculty publications and other academic related activities. Apart from this, the department is providing an analysis of feedback data and response to university administration and constituent institutions data request as per targets.
