Engineering & Housekeeping : This comprises the following departments which support the University including its hospitals totally in their sphere of specialisation.

Security: The security wing headed by CSO takes care of all aspects of security in both the campuses. Besides own University personnel the CSO also controls and co-ordinates the activity and deployment of the outsourced security services. The CSO also controls the access control, CCTV system installed in the entire campus.
Quartering : General Services is responsible to the Housing Committee on maintenance of seniority roster of the various categories of houses in the campus and their allotment and upkeep.
Estate: The land records, various statutory requirements pertaining to buildings are dealt with by the Estate Officer who also supervises the activities of all commercial establishments in the campus.
